1 · Deadlines
The statutory clock, computed from your dates under whichever time-limit regime applies — plus every tribunal order and date you need to hold. The playbook rule: one visible board, nothing only in your head.

2 · Incident diary
The single highest-value habit: dated, contemporaneous, specific — who, what, where, who saw it. Entries are timestamped when logged and can't be edited afterwards (that's deliberate: an unedited contemporaneous record is what carries weight), so write it as you'd be content for a tribunal to read it. Delete removes an entry entirely.
3 · Evidence checklist
From the evidence guide — gather only what you're entitled to keep, and remember the SAR and disclosure exist to retrieve the rest lawfully.
4 · Milestones
